During this period, your products are covered by Glorria’s repair and/or maintenance warranty for any manufacturing defects. You can submit your product for repair and/or maintenance along with the invoice or dispatch note.
To maintain the warranty on products purchased from Glorria, you must avoid any intervention by third parties or organizations outside of Glorria for adjustments such as resizing, modification, or repair. Products that have been altered by parties outside our workshop are not covered under warranty.
Products that have been deformed due to improper storage, crushed or impacted due to misuse, or damaged by contact with any type of chemical substance are not covered by the warranty.
