Warranty Terms
All Glorria-branded products are offered for sale with a warranty. The warranty period for our products is 2 (two) years. During this period, your items are covered under Glorria’s repair and/or maintenance guarantee against manufacturing defects. You may request repair and/or maintenance for your product by presenting your invoice or delivery note.
For the warranty of products purchased from Glorria to remain valid, no interventions of any kind must be made by third-party individuals or institutions, including resizing, altering measurements, repairing, etc. Products that have been modified or worked on outside of our workshop are not eligible for warranty service.
Products that are deformed due to improper storage conditions; damaged, dented, or impacted due to incorrect use; or deteriorated due to contact with any type of chemical substances are not covered by the warranty. Return Policy
Unless the product you purchased is classified as a personalized/custom item, you may return it within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date, provided it has not been used and has not lost its resale condition. Returns must be initiated by contacting Glorria customer service. The customer is responsible for returning the item in the same condition in which it was delivered.
In the event that the customer returns the product or cancels the purchase, the product price will be refunded via the original payment method within five (5) days from the moment the returned product is received by Glorria.
Glorria will accept the return and provide a refund as long as the product has no deterioration, breakage, damage, or signs of use.
For any return, the product must be presented together with its certificate, delivery note, and invoice.
Since UK and international orders are shipped from our warehouse in the USA, returns must also be sent back to our USA warehouse after the return request has been approved.
If a Glorria-branded product was purchased through a different shopping platform, the item must be returned through that specific platform. In such cases, before contacting Glorria customer service through “glorria.com,” you must first contact the customer service of the platform where the purchase was made.
